We are in the last few days before our 10th anniversary show! Over the past few weeks, I have heard several questions that have been repeating, so I thought I’d put a quick FAQ here to answer those questions.
1) What time should I get there? The winery opens at 11am, live music starts at 5pm, fireworks are at 9pm. Most people arrive between 4pm and 6pm. You are welcome to come by anytime after 11am though!
2) How many people will be there? This is a great question that we wish we knew the answer to. Since this event grows by word of mouth, it’s hard to predict how many will actually show up. In 2013, we had just over 120 people. Last year we had 162 people (~40% increase).
3) How much does it cost? This is a free event and open to everyone, no obligation! That said, there will be wine available for purchase (free tasting), food trucks will be providing food for sale, the musicians appreciate any tips and we always welcome any donations/contributions.
4) I have kids/family in town/friends, can they come? Of course! This event is open to the public and is kid friendly. Plan to bring blankets and stake out your spot on the lawn. It will be a fun time for visiting, picnicking, people watching and of course, watching fireworks!
